Returns + Exchanges

Returns

If you would like a return please email us on hello@andtheywear.com with your order number, we will then provide you with a returns number. Please note that you must have this number in order to return. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Please ensure the garments are returned in their original state and packaging.

As we are a small independent store the returns postage is paid for by the customer, many thanks for your understanding.

Exchanges

As above please email us with your order number and the new item you would like to exchange it for, further instructions will follow from there.

Again, exchanges must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Postage is paid for by customer.
